      An hour long session gives us the time to address both the symptoms and what’s contributing to them. We’ll focus where you need it most while helping your body shift out of tension and into something more sustainable. Typically, unless you're looking for a relaxation massage, this is not a complete full body massage because I don't like to rush what really needs attention. If youre looking for targeted relief AND full body massage I suggest 90 or 120 minutes sessions!
