Mary is truly a hair coloring miracle worker! My daughter is naturally blonde but has highlights. Her roots were in need of highlights again so she us...ed a boxed dye to try to do it herself. Lesson learned!! We were able to get an appointment the next morning with Mary and she did an amazing job! She was able to cut and style it for her as well and my daughter looks amazing! Show more

Mary is so amazing. I have the thickest and course hair. But every time I leave after Mary has done my hair it’s so thin and super soft. I wasn’t sure... what I wanted this last visit just told her blonde highlights and she did exactly what I was looking for. She is so compassionate and really listens to her clients. So if you wanted a new change for summer and don’t know what you want or have hair like mine Mary is for sure someone I would recommend hands down ! Show more

Balayage (Partial)

Mary was nice… at first. I sent her photos of what I wanted, which was a partial balayage. She insisted we didn’t need a consultation and that it woul...d be an easy process. She ended up over-bleaching my hair into chunky highlights, and when I returned to her so she could fix her mistake and blend down the roots, she dyed my hair completely back to its natural color. When I brought up my dissatisfaction, she became defensive and refused to admit any wrongdoing. She told me to fix my own hair and that the color would fade over time. I paid her a total of $304, for her to direct me to fix HER mistake. She then accused me of criminal intent and called me deceitful, when I asked for a refund. The owner of the salon she works at and the stylist who ended up having to fix my hair, both agreed that Mary did not provide the service we agreed upon, and should have offered me a refund. She also threatened me with legal action if I were to file a dispute in order to scare me out of doing so. I would see any other stylist than her. Show more

When you receive that amount in services, love your hair walking out then decide you want all your money back, IS theft even after I've worked hard to find a solution. Then to publicly twist the truth is another thing. Not ok.
