APPOINTMENT POLICIES: BOOKING POLICY • All appointments must be booked through the Booksy App. • Appointments must be booked at least 1 hour in advance. • Please select your desired date, time, service, and all applicable add-ons when booking. • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward the total cost of your appointment. • First-Time Clients: If you currently have product from another nail technician, please select the First-Time Removal add-on. Removal starts at $15+. • Add-ons such as nail art, French, chrome, repairs, or additional services should be selected when booking to ensure enough time is reserved. Same-day additions cannot be guaranteed. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. • With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. • No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking another appointment. LATE ARRIVALS • A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. • Please contact me as soon as possible if you are running late. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled, depending on the remaining appointment time. • If the appointment can no longer be accommodated due to a late arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. REPAIRS & REFUNDS • If you experience lifting, chipping, or another service-related issue, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment. • Complimentary repairs are available within this 7-day period when the issue is related to the original service. • Repairs resulting from accidental damage, picking, improper care, or trauma to the nail are not considered complimentary and may be subject to a repair fee. • Due to the time, products, and personalized nature of each service, all services are non-refundable. If you experience an issue, please contact me so I have the opportunity to address it. NAIL HEALTH & SAFETY • For the health and safety of all clients, services may be modified or declined if there are signs of infection, open wounds, or a condition that may make the service unsafe. • I reserve the right to decline working over or removing another nail technician’s product if I believe doing so could compromise the health or integrity of your natural nails. STUDIO ETIQUETTE • Please arrive with enough time to begin your appointment at the scheduled time. • To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, please communicate any allergies, sensitivities, injuries, or concerns that may affect your nail service before your appointment begins. You are welcome to arrive to your appointment with a loved one! All is welcome. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE • I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary for health, safety, hygiene, or inappropriate/disrespectful behavior. • Services may also be declined when I believe performing the requested service could compromise the health or integrity of the client’s natural nails or surrounding skin.
