Genuinely the most disrespectful tech I’ve ever been to. Rescheduled my appointment Tuesday by an hour and a half, then canceled 10 minutes before the... rescheduled time she requested. Asked me to reschedule a different day, then today rescheduled my appointment to an hour and a half later than I booked, then canceled again after I was in the waiting room for an hour.
