Loc U Down

I am still confused on what you expected. Your new growth and free strands of hair are all incorporated into the loc during the retwist, because of this the hair is tightly twisted from the roots down the loc shaft. They will not look fluffy in the end, nor will the locs fall the same and remain the same length as they grow. Asking me to make your hair look just as it did the day after you got your extensions installed is impossible seeing how your hair has grown and changed since then. Seeing how this is your first retwist since getting your extensions, I see how you may be put off or confused by your results, but as you continue getting your hair done consistently you will see that is how your locs grow. They will NOT EVER look the way they did when you got the initial install ever again, and I tried to explain this to you but you still left dissatisfied and for that I apologize. I do not know what else to do.
