Hoping the wax is good and lasts- I came here years ago and loved. However, today was an unpleasant experience. I was called pregnant (I am not) and t...hen while I was getting waxed was told I should try a belly band. I am 2 months postpartum but still a very uncomfortable situation with no apology and my body/appearance getting brought up twice. The lady who waxed me also never introduced herself and sprayed something on me while the fan was going and it got on my face. Show more

When ...I first went to her, I had very dry hyperpigmented skin and uneven eyebrows. Now, my skin is much better and she has educated me on the best way to take care of my hyperpigmentation. I get so many compliments on my eyebrows ans eyelashes as well. And Ladies - she has made me a believer in waxing - my skin also thanks her for that! You pampered us exceptionally, and we had a PRP treatment, the results of which completely blew us away. Our skin looks stunning, we couldn’t believe it! Also, since I suffer from acne, Pilar gave me a personalized treatment, and I can confidently say she has magical hands. The plasma procedure was incredible, and when she drew my blood, she was so gentle that I didn’t even feel the needle. I usually have trouble with veins, and they always hurt me, but with Pilar, it was the complete opposite. Additionally, Pilar is so professional that I had never let anyone touch my eyebrows before. I got a Brazilian wax for the first time here. I was super worried, but I was taken great care of and the results were great!
I’ve had many Brazilian waxes but this was by far the least painful & Pilar made sure to take care of what I needed. It was great!

I came to this place as it had good reviews and I moved from across town. When the girl was pulling off the wax on my right eye I told her it was hurt...ing me like she was pulling of my skin and she stated that was impossible! When she got to my second eye I had the same feeling as something was to hot and my eyelid was being pulled off. Sure enough when I got home. I have to small pieces of skin pulled of my eyelids not even my eyebrows. I left a message with Pilar the owner and she did refund me the money only for my eyebrows. The right thing to do what refund me for my lip as well but she just said “The wax was to hot what can you do” she’s a piece of work. Show more

I had a facial today (mature skin) and visited my sister she gave me a compliment on how pretty my skin looks.
Facility is nice and clean. The owner was also hands-on great customer service. She also take walk-ins when I say this was my girls first time getting... a wax and it was awesome and painless. If I can give her 10 thumbs up I would great service. Show more
