Customer service, environment, hair care knowledge, the braids themselves…. Everything was perfect. The entire shop was extremely nice and helpful. Th...is is a HIDDEN GEM in Frisco. She washes hair before braiding if you decide to add that service and does many other hair services outside of braiding AND the beauty supply is right inside the shop. LOVE THIS PLACE and will definitely be going back. I hope they never leave.

Lete is one of the sweetest woman. She responded to a last minute appointment (as a new client) to get my braids taken the next morning and i apprecia...te her for that! She was efficient, gentle with my hair. I also had her wash, dry and flat iron my hair. She also washed and deep conditioned my crotchet hair. Her shop is clean and I’m so glad i found her!
