Great experience! My barber did an amazing job and really paid attention to what I wanted. He kept showing me the mirror throughout the cut to make su...re I was comfortable with the length before taking off more. I really appreciated that attention to detail and making sure I was happy with the cut. Definitely recommend!

So i made an appointment with D'Shaun, and when i arrived, he had someone on his chair, which is fine. The problem i had is that he never acknowledge...d me being there, and it appeared to me that he told the gentlemen behind the counter that he could take me. When i got up to let him know i was not going to stay, he said that D'Shaun is almost done, but i already felt uncomfortable and a burden. Bring Christian back.

Toby, I’m sorry that your experience made you feel uncomfortable or like you were a burden. That was never my intention. I was finishing up with the client before you, and I should have taken a moment to acknowledge you when you arrived and let you know that I was running a little behind. I take responsibility for not communicating that better. I value everyone who books with me and never want a client to feel ignored or unwelcome. I appreciate your feedback and will make sure I’m more mindful of communicating with clients when they arrive, especially if I’m still finishing an appointment.
