I originally scheduled a consultation a few days in advance for yesterday at 2 PM and didn’t hear anything when the appointment time came, which was a... little disappointing because I’ve been trying to find a stylist since moving here about a year ago and was really looking forward to it. However, she personally called me this morning, apologized, and was incredibly kind and accommodating. She was able to get me in the same day, and I’m actually on my way to get my hair done now. I really appreciate her taking the time to reach out and make things right. Her professionalism and kindness meant a lot, and it definitely turned the experience around for me. Five stars for the way she handled everything, and I’m excited to finally have found a stylist.
