Kendall did a phenomenal job relaxing and styling my hair. My hair did not burn at all, and even two weeks later it is still shiny, moisturized, and f...ull of life. That alone speaks volumes about her skill and care. Beyond her talent, Kendall is incredibly kind, gentle, and nourishing, a true woman of God. Her spirit made the entire experience peaceful and uplifting. Her assistant, Barry, was also wonderful, very kind, welcoming, and gave an amazing scalp massage. He, too, is a man of God, and together they create such a warm and inviting environment. I chose Kendall because I sensed a genuine feeling of belonging, and I was absolutely right. It was more than just hair, there was praise, testimonies, laughter and an atmosphere filled with love and care. I left feeling beautiful on the inside and out. Stylist was nice but did arrive late for the appt, she also arrived late for the initial consultation. The process took about 3hrs. After she was done... she took the cap off, told her assistant to check me out, and walked off. She didnt ask if I liked my hair, didn’t give me a mirror to look at my hair, and didn’t thank me for coming in. My hair turned out okay but I definitely won’t return for another appointment.
