Im actually a little disappointed this time... I came from Reno, and this is not what I expected because it hasnt been like this the many times I came.... And I always tip. After looking closer at my facial hair, it was uneven. My facial hair is generally full, and I wax my neck before getting haircuts, so there's no need for extra cutting. He cut way too much. I put notes that clearly stated not to mess with my beard and just to trim my mustache. But it seemed like he didn't read the notes. Everything seemed rushed. The mustache style he cut doesn't even match my face and makes it look terrible. It's almost as if he cut too much on accident and tried to fix it. I will probably not be returning anytime I come to Sac. Extremely disappointed. Show more

Sorry you feel this way about you haircut. You definitely stood infront of a human size mirror more than once before left. I had no problem changing or correcting the haircut. Close mouth don’t get feed. Again sorry you feel this way next time let the barber know what is it it you want or what can be change BEFORE u leave. I also called and left a voicemail saying you are more than welcome to come back so I correct your haircut.
