I got medium size knotless braids here. The experience was not that great. She charged me extra for a “detangling fee” even though my hair was stretch...ed. I have 4c hair so it’s not as soft as other people’s. It was kind of humiliating because I have no control over my hair texture. I guess some people don’t know how to deal with it. Also the parts on the braids are uneven and big didn’t really give “medium” size. I also asked for the hair to be blended but it wasn’t really blended. The good thing is that the service only took about 5-6 hours so I was happy about that as a 9 month pregnant person. Probably won’t book again. Show more

I wanted to leave an honest review based on my recent experience. I booked this appointment based on the quality of work shown on Booksy, but what I r...eceived did not match what was advertised. I asked for color #27 on the top layer with #613 as a “peekaboo” underneath, but I ended up with two different shades of brown throughout the top, nowhere near the color combination I requested. I also booked and paid for small knotless braids, but what I received were more of a smedium size. On top of that, the braids are noticeably inconsistent in size, some are smaller, some are much thicker, which makes the style look uneven overall. I was really clear about what I wanted, so it’s disappointing to feel like I didn’t receive the service or quality I paid for. Show more

Great location inside of a well stocked beauty supply store, had all of your beauty needs. I also appreciated the weekday evening availability and the... ease of making an appointment but what I didn’t appreciate was the unprofessionalism of the stylist. I was greeted when I entered the store and by the stylist who was working on another client…I arrived about 10 minutes early and was in the chair at my appointment time however, the stylist was on the phone 90% of the time while doing my hair, … the conversation wasn’t an emergency or urgent situation. there was very little conversation during the service, other than me asking questions. Also, she wasn’t equipped with even the basic tools. I appreciate the concept of having a stylist in the store but probably won’t be back for her services . Love the store location and the wide range of products. Show more

Will not be a returning client. I did not receive the updated address to my 530 appointment and that wasn't the issue. My appointment was set to start... at 530 didn't get there until 6, my daughter was scheduled for a quick weave but Ladonna said she could do the sew-in. The braids are really really bulky and the hair now looks bulky. the threads are unraveling. Her appointment was only 1 day ago. The pictures below are from the day of service. Show more

She was very communicative and sweet! Although I do feel as if my knots were over bleached and my braid down was just not it .. loose and barely braid...ed . I appreciate the customization and effort I had to remove my instillation and dye the over bleached areas and redo my braid down! Show more
