I had an appointment last Saturday @1:30 and the stylist who did my hair, I didn't catch her name, she was so busy trying to hustle more money out of ...me than what I was being charged thru Booksy, she eventually got me for more money what was suppose to be a $145 crotchet ended up costing me $220 and to top it all off she butchered the hair and I clearly told her I didn't want big hair and I wanted the curls to stay in tact and she pulled them all apart, so I ended up with big hair! I was going on vacation the next day so I didn't have time to get it corrected. I am so embarrassed to have to look like this on my cruise. Never again will I spend my money with this shop!
