We won’t be coming back. My daughter got the deluxe mani/pedi and her foot was burned, wax spilled on her jeans and polish was streaky and uneven. It’...s difficult to capture in pic. I’m trying to get the wax stain out. Been here before, but will not go back.

I could tell the regular customers knew some of the staff members and asked about their families and the interactions were very friendly. I would have... liked more friendly interaction with the person who was helping me but she didn't seem very interested in conversation at the time. The manicure and pedicure I got were done well although the service felt rushed rather than relaxing, to the point where she was going so quickly she actually removed a little too much in two places on my fingers and I bled a little. It especially stings when they spray rubbing alcohol on it after! I booked ahead of time so as not to be "squeezed in", so it was a little disappointing. I would go back but since this is a special treat for me, I will call to see if there is an option to pay for a little extra time so the service feels more relaxing rather than rushed.
