I been coming here for about 8 months. Services are hit and miss. The last 2 months the quality of service is trash. I try to see the same young lady... for every visit. I literally was placed with someone else after request a technician by name. My last fill was not the best. The edges of my thumb were tapped by the electric file. I was in pain while on vacation. My hobby’s cuticles were bleeding twice after a manicure. My gel Polish application was sloppy on my toes. The prices do not reflect the services. Expensive!! We spend over $300 a month here. I’m searching for service elsewhere now.

Showed up at 11:58 for a 12pm appointment. Didn't get seated for my pedicure until 12:25pm. Someone who came in after me, also with a 12pm pedicure, w...as seated before me. My pedicure felt rushed and then I wasn't even allowed to stay in my seat to let my polish dry. Really not a great experience.
