Honestly, I felt completely taken advantage of today. I’m a regular customer and usually pay $45, even though I typically only get a hairline. He norm...ally charges me $35, and I always leave a good tip. Today I came in late and was suddenly charged $65 for the same basic service. If there was an extra charge because I was late, that should have been communicated beforehand. Charging me $65 afterward felt disrespectful and opportunistic, especially considering I’ve always been a loyal customer and tipped well. I don’t mind paying a fair price, but I do mind feeling like someone took advantage of me. I won’t be coming back.
