I’m sorry that you did not receive the haircut that you wanted , this is Paul the owner by the way .Unfortunately the way the review system works it put a bad light on everyone who work in the shop even though you had an unpleasant experience with one barber. Kind of like a professor Failing a whole class because one person sitting next to you got an F on an exam ! Totally not fair , is it? We would genuinely like the chance to correct the issue, and I think Desmond was trying to reach out to you to do that.
