Tech was late due to reasonable matter, but seemed rushed with my service. Tech was quick to offer gel extensions instead of acrylic due to gel being ...a quicker process but I already booked for acrylic. I asked tech if she could do a second coat for the French tips due to two of them being somewhat see-through since it was just painted on and tech seemed reluctant stating that normally she doesn't and that the set is not done yet and then continue to only do two coats on the two nails that were somewhat see-through. after further evaluating my nails after leaving salon due to feeling like I was rushed to give an answer if my set was good or not i have noticed nails cricked, not even, an the french tip completely different on almost every nail. I know nobody's perfect but if I was given more time to look or give an answer to a certain questions I think I would've left more happy Update 2/6/26: Just 6 days after service broke a nail by pushing a small plug in heater. Acrylic was way too thin and didn't last!!!

I completed the full acrylic service you originally booked, including additional design requests, without reducing your service time. During the consultation, I offered gel extensions only as an optional alternative to help accommodate timing, which you declined, and we proceeded with acrylics as requested. Throughout the service, I checked in to ensure satisfaction, and no concerns were expressed at that time. I always encourage clients to communicate any concerns during or immediately after their appointment so adjustments can be made. I appreciate your feedback and wish you the best.
