Know how to do hair great but the prices are outrageous. Went just get my hair curled no wash. Just a few minutes under the drying after molding my ow...n hair. And charged me $70 for curls. Yes I’m a reoccurring customer but the whole point in me washing my own hair and molding it was to just pay for the curls not a full service style, the reason i booked for just curls. The descriptions for the services should be more specific. Other than that she does do an amazing job. Show more

Megan like seriously I explained to you while u were in the salon, u booked for a curl n style which is priced at 45.00 that price n service is for a client who had a full service done and need to come back in for a re curl for whatever reason. Now in your case you came in shampooed and molded already in which I don't provide pre started services because we are a full service salon, however you were a reoccurring client therefore I bent the policies a little (lesson learned) Also my shampoo and curl is 88 therefore a curl and style alone is 70 and a shampoo is 18. You also sat under the dryer I blew out your hair and curled it. For anyone reading this we are a full service salon and we don't need any prepping done for us, thank you

I am not discounting Bubbles Craft. However, I was very disappointed with the lack of acknowledgment as a new client. Thanks to the shampoo lady. Wh...ile Bubbles attended to her regular clients who came in after me and was out in less than an hour. While I was left to the shampoo lady from 4:15pm until 7:25pm when I asked what is going on because everyone came in after me are out.... let's just say the place is clean, but no professionalism, no people skills, drinking and talking over your clients head is a no, no. The attention and conversation, if any, should be with the clients. I would not be back, I also washed my hair when I got home. If one is intoxicated, the level of performance will tell it all. # time and money wasted.... Show more

Regarding your concern about my conduct, I take full responsibility for having a drink during your service. While it was a single drink, I acknowledge that this was unprofessional and inappropriate. As my last client of the day, I should have waited until after completing your hair to ensure your experience remained my sole focus. This lapse in judgment does not reflect my standards, and I deeply regret any discomfort it caused. For clarity, your styling process (curling and finishing) took approximately 20 minutes, during which my colleague assisted to ensure quality. However, I fully understand that the earlier aspects of your appointment fell short of expectations.

I was booked for 4:15, but didn’t actually get started until 6. On the bright side, I discovered that the owner is the one who specializes in all the styles I’m interested in, which is fantastic! Despite the wait time, the salon was clean and the staff was warm and welcoming. Just a heads up—make sure you have the budget before booking, as Ms. Honey runs a tight ship!
