I had a very disappointing experience with Brittany, not just because of the hair, but because of her completely unprofessional attitude. When I reach...ed out with valid concerns about the results, I was met with defensiveness, blame, and was even called a “salon hopper.” Rather than taking accountability or offering real solutions, she dismissed my feedback entirely. It’s one thing to be unhappy with a service, it’s another to be treated with disrespect when you express it. I would not recommend her based on the way she handles clients on top of the awful hair job I now have to spend to repair it. Updated: unfortunately she is accusing me of calling her liar. I left the salon, 30 minutes later after seeing the damage in natural light and in house light, it was brutal. She did not handle the criticism and decided to make up situations that did not happen. She will not take accountability and was very rude. I ended up blocking her phone number due to her insane comments. Show more

I wish I could post screenshots on here but unfortunately I can’t . I offered to fix what you dont like and you didn’t like my answer . When you left the salon you loved your hair . You didn’t say anything until we already left . I also told you if you would have been honest while in the salon I could have made it right . You came in with hair that you didn’t like from a previous salon and I told you we wouldnt be able to get exactly what you wanted today but I would try to do it as close as possible . You said you understood I spent over two hours doing your hair and stayed later than scheduled to curl your hair which was a service you didn’t even schedule . I don’t appreciate being lied on especially when I offered to help and make it right so you would be happy . Like I said before I wish you the best . You wanted money back for something that is fixable and you didn't like my answert
