To start, my original appt was scheduled for the 7th. She called me about a week or so ago to reschedule and we set it for today at 10am. I showed up... at 10. Texted her and called after 20 minutes and nothing. The barber reached out to her as well. I left at 11am without my hair braided. I rarely do bad reviews, but this was unacceptable. I don't understand how a provider no shows a client without any communication at all.
