Beard maintenance

I arrived on time and had to wait an extra 25 minutes for a BALD guy. The guy was literally bald. What was he even cutting? The beard already looked l...ike he lined it up. He kept taking breaks mid cut. Used too many enhancements that will wash away in the shower. Rushed through the “beard maintenance”. He told me my beard was dry and he still combed it over and over again. No oil, no grease, nothing. It was really painful. Still felt it even when I got back from the appointment. I paid $72 for a cut and beard maintenance and it was not worth it AT ALL. The cut don’t even look like the picture I showed him, he just did what he wanted to do. He kept using the air dryer to blow air in my face for mad long. It started to feel like he was doing it on purpose. I couldn’t breathe. Plus he act like he had an attitude cause he had to shampoo my hair. 0/10 not coming back here. Cowardly? I was suppose to crash bout a haircut? 😂 I paid full price because that’s what you do when you receive a service. You wanted me to just walk out? Complaining wouldn’t have did nothing the cut was already done. I just gotta let my hair grow back and go to a real barber who’s professional and actually knows what he’s doing. Wild you talk about hygiene. You started talking while you was lining me up and I was fighting for my life🤢😂 God Bless Do Better Show more

🤣 🤣 🤣 Not gona lie today was very busy and I did fall behind schedule due to the Holiday being tomorrow. I wasn’t upset I had to wash your hair again. If my face was a way it was because your hair smelled awful for you to have shampooed it before your appointment. I stepped out to get more shampoo. Your beard was almost loc'd so I'm sure me combing it did hurt. As far as the price, you booked it and continued to pay for it. Kind of cowardly of you to leave without voicing any of this and still paid in full. This feed back is ironic because after you left it was so much positive feedback back about your cut that I actually gained 2 more clients when you walked out. I actually said I hope you never come back due to your bad hygiene I guess my wish was granted. You can’t please them all 🤣 🤣 🤣 The cut was fire 🔥 🔥🔥tho I should’ve did a before and after but it was such a busy day‼️

I didn’t take a client before you, he had an appointment before you and he arrived late. He also booked the wrong service so that took up more time also. You also made 2 appointments before that you couldn't make so to be fair I didn’t think you would show. My apologies for the long wait and I’ll do my best to make sure your next experiencee is a better one and thanks again for booking with me. 🙏🏾
