Had a 5:30 apt. I think I woke him from a nap. He started my haircut and kept getting phone calls then told me he had to leave that his alarm was go...ing off at home.. (ok that is fair and understandable but the first time that ever happened to me). He said someone else was going to finish up. His 19 year old son took over. At first I was a bit annoyed and concerned but his son was very attentive and very polite. He actually did a decent job and I left feeling ok. There was a level of anxiety though that had me concerned. I like this kind of barber shop and usually like the atmosphere. But it was not relaxing. His son is excellent and at 19 yrs old I hope he has a good career path ahead of him. I was very impressed. Show more

Booked a 9am appointment and it was confirmed but shop was closed. Waited around for 5-10 minutes no lights on so went somewhere else, no one picked u...p the phone. Wasn’t charged so not the end of the world just wanted to get a cut on time and didn’t. Show more
