Hi Lorena, We’re surprised by your review, as it doesn’t reflect your full experience with us. You’ve returned multiple times for services, including yearly touch-ups on your brows and lips, and we have your beautiful before-and-after photos from those visits. We also have time-stamped photos and videos from each of your appointments showing that services began on time and were never rescheduled. In fact, your most recent scheduled appointment on June 20th at 12:00 PM was a no-call, no-show, which was documented.
