The process went quickly and the hair was okay although it didn’t come out as I envisioned it. The cost ended up being $350 because of the length of h...air that I bought which I was told to purchase but I guess I was supposed to ask and not go by picture received on what I needed to buy. I have alopecia and so I knew that it would be hard because of how short my hair is and the placement of the bald spots. However, I do believe that maybe a different technique would have helped with the braids not falling out so easily. For example not using some sort of gel in my hair when putting the braided hair in. The next day one just slipped right out and I was told that’s expected because my hair is short. Yes, it’s expected but not the next day and for $350 it shouldn’t happen that fast. I did go back and have it fixed but to be honest I didn’t feel comfortable with the braids at all. I ended up just putting part in a bun and wore it like that until I pulled them out which was super easy because they were still oily. Won’t be doing that service again. I will stick to installing my own lace fronts because it’s cheaper and I’m sure it won’t be falling out while I’m out and about. Show more
