On Booksy, all service prices are listed transparently. During her appointment, my staff spent over 30 minutes removing her acrylic nails, which were long and thick. They also informed her that her natural nails were very fragile and could break easily. The staff asked if she wanted her nails shortened and finished with gel polish, but she declined. She specifically booked a deluxe manicure. After completing the service, the staff asked again if she wanted a color polish. She said she only wanted a clear top coat because it dries faster. She waited for about five minutes after the manicure. Since we had other clients arriving, the staff politely asked if she could move to another seat while waiting, and she agreed. We believe our staff provided exactly the services requested and deserve to be compensated for their work. Regarding her concern about the price difference, the Booksy listing is accurate: Acrylic soft off is $15, and the Deluxe manicure is $38, for a total of $53. Thank you for understanding.
