I had super high hopes since seeing this in the Best of Philly magazine… I took my boys for back to school haircuts and neither wanted anything especi...ally difficult. My oldest son wanted a lower tapered fade with his hair kept longer at the top. My youngest wanted a very simple but plane cut like Owen Grady- Jurassic Park…. Somehow they left with both having the same haircut. I even had to correct the guy with both hair cuts with spots that were not well faded… and I’m not even picky… like at all. So, for me to speak up and correct you… not good. Maybe we just got the “dud” hair guy, but for being the “best” this place has QUITE a way to go. I’m just not going to be around to see it. Show more

Hi Melissa. I saw your review and can see that you weren’t happy with the service. If there’s anything I can do to fix the haircuts myself, I will gladly take care of them myself. Barbering is an art form. Not everyone is always on the same level, but I choose my barbers carefully. Chun is a good barber but he doesn’t have the years of experience that I do. I am new to the state of Pennsylvania and I think I found my new home for my haircuts. I took a chance on Sweeney Todd’s, and have to say that I will ...be coming back. I sat in Antonios’ chair and it was nothing short of spectacular. Antonios showed that he cares about client satisfaction by asking for feedback to ensure I received the haircut I wanted. Even thought my haircut did not take the full 45-minutes, Antonios did an excellent job fixing up my haircut and gave me exactly what I wanted.
