I’m so disappointed on how my hair looks. It looked okay when I left her house. But once I got home I noticed all the flaws. The ends were bluntly cut... and it looked like she didn’t put any effort. I paid nearly $400 for it to look terrible. It has only been a week. Show more

I just wouldn't recommend. I didn't realize it was a home service and that is truly my fault for not double checking but the google address is for a s...alon. For a home service, I would expect a bit more comfortable chair and at least an offer of water. The braids are fine but the part is not straight nor was the hair cut evenly. After pointing out and multiple attempts to fix it, it was still uneven. She did offer to fix the part but after sitting down for a few hours with her child hollering, I couldn't fathom re-doing another 10 braids. She did also take time on the part so I was hoping that it would be great. The perimeter was also not included in the braids. Maybe minor to some but I have never done braids and the perimeter not at least be gelled into the braids. I don't do all that extra edges stuff but I left with the perimeter looking like I already had the braids for a few days. It also does not look like the pictures on the site so it was a let down. I’ll start by saying ILL BE BACK lol. My entire experience was a great one & the process was very quick. Upon arrival we discussed again what style I ...wanted to achieve & we confirmed the color I wanted. She made sure to color match my hair to some of the braiding hair she had which was nice. I opted for auburn rather than to match my hair, but I do like that she offered it to me. Her attention to details & her crisp parts really set her apart from other braiders. Show more
