I have been to Marie several times and was satisfied with my hair but my last experience with her has been very disappointing. I got my hair done o...n a Thursday and by Sunday I had to take my hair down cause my head felt like it was on fire and the itch was unbearable. I called her and sent her a video showing her my scalp was red and it was breaking out in bumps. I just felt that it was a bad batch of hair that she used cause I felt a little relief after I took the hair out. the next day she finally called me back and felt like she didn't have no fault in the situation when I told her how as soon as I took the hair out my head calmed down. Then she got defensive and told me to not come back and sit in her chair no more cause I complained to much. we'll the time before I was able to keep my braids in for 3 weeks like I normally keep mine I. for but they were a little to tight and I made sure I let her know cause it's my money that I am paying for her service and I have a right to let you know and I was respectful saying it. I asked for myself to buy my hair and not to give me my money back but take off half so we both is happy and she has been dodging me and not returning my calls of twice. It's sad when you show respect and can't get it in return. We all are trying to make it in this time no need to get over on someone, just do right by your customers when you know they pay and show up for you.
