I am sorry for the mix up. When booking another client I accidentally put your name down instead of theirs which is where the confirmation email came. Unfortunately I did waste some of your sons time but to try to make things right I stayed late and cut his hair 1.5 hours after the appointment time and tried to offer a discounted price.
