Yez, I’m real big on intergrity & my family & usually my priorities which are my clients aswell. And that account of that day is 100% correct I dropped the ball . I take full accountability . However, the #MoneyWasReturn (asap) #IHadAfamilyEmergency .. That occurs within that time framing. That through my schedule you are correct . Time did not permit me to respond right off . I had tunnel vision ..Again my deepest apologies. That we didn’t connect .. & I wasn't able to provide you the service & a better experience with me .However , you did fail to mention that I did offer you another time in that day or another day along with an incentive .
