I usually am so happy with Elizabeth's work, as I've been going to her for about 3 or 4 years now. This time, it didn't come out as I expected and the... bubble braids were too heavy and pulled too tight on my scalp. Sadly after 3 days I was forced to take them out of discomfort/concern for my scalp and neck pain from the weight. I will still highly recommend her for her usual services and box braids! Show more

Worst braids I've ever had. I booked and paid for small knotless braids but what i got wasn't even close to it. Aside that, the braids are not equal n...or smooth, roughly done. It doesn't look like it was done by a professional. I even messaged the owner expressing my feelings about the hair but she ignored me. Afterall she got her money - 250+ 10 tips, so why waste her time respond to a disatisfied client. On the good side, the place is clean. Show more

Hello, thank you for your review. Next time please book the service you want. You scheduled for small braids and that is what you received. I explained that your hair texture and length are unsuitable for knotless braids. Also, you kept touching and pulling the hair of course it will not come out straight. You have been referred by YOUR family member whom I have been doing their hair for over 10 years with no complaint. Now you with your first-time hair service with us is leaving this kind of response. Please choose a different salon next time.
