Dear Madam, We are very disappointed to see this review surfaces more than six months after your visit. It is both unusual and unfair to post a negative review such a long time later, especially when the service was completed, enjoyed, and paid for without any concern raised at the time. If you truly felt mistreated or overcharged, the responsible and reasonable thing would have been to bring it to our attention immediately, either during your appointment or shortly afterward, so we could review the details together and resolve it on the spot. At Amour Beauty, our pricing is always transparent, consistent, and clearly communicated. Every guest is charged based on the exact services they receive, with no exceptions. To suggest otherwise after such a long delay creates confusion and misrepresents the way we conduct business. We value honesty, fairness, and respect for all of our clients, and we expect the same in return. It’s hard to understand what you are trying to accomplish with this review after so much time has passed. If the goal is simply to damage our reputation rather than seek a fair solution, that is both disappointing and unproductive. We remain confident in the integrity of our services, our staff, and our prices, and our long history of happy, loyal clients speaks for itself.
