She was nice but I waited almost two hours past my appointment time and my hair looked different as the picture which was layered in the FRONT-not all... over as the picture I showed her. Paying a little over $300 for someone to say it’s the hair because it had a large wave instead of bone straight is too much. The hairstyle is more like a mullet and big because there are very short layers in the hair and the hair itself was already short. She also stopped to take a couple of bites to eat which I understood BUT that’s why you schedule a lunch for yourself because my hunger has nothing to do with my clients time. I haven’t had my hair done professionally in a while but everyone I’ve been to before that’s been in the game for a while knows how to improvise IF the hair has a little wave that can be straightened instead of bone straight. She tried fixing it and offered to continue trying to fix it but I was there from 11:15 to almost 7pm for a sew-in and can’t see well at night. It took way too long. Show more
