My apologies for missing the mark on your expectations, our mission is to always be on target for our clients. Our booking site has thorough explanations on each of our services and what expect for that specific service. It came to my understanding that you booked the wrong type of service for the style you wanted. Victor did a precise haircut according to his understanding and allotted timeframe for completion.
