Well I hate to leave a bad review but I find it very unfair to have paid $155 for a service that started falling apart 4 days later. When I let Ashley... know about it, her response was “I’ll fix 1 braid at no charge”!!! I was very shocked by this response and honestly it did not seem like I was talking with the same sweet and helpful person I had met on 2 previous times because she sounded so not willing to help fix my daughter’s hair without charging extra fee. Since the first braid (extension) fell off on the 4th day many more have fallen out. I contacted Ashley again a few days later and sent her pictures of what my daughter’s hair looks like and it’s just getting worse but she said that too much time had passed and I would have to pay again for her to “touch up” my daughter’s hair! 😑 she refused to answer my call and said that I need to make another appointment and what is so crazy is that She is implying that is my daughter’s fault for not taking care of her hair and saying that she must be tugging on it🤦🏻‍♀️ my daughter is 14 and has gotten her hair plenty of times before and that had never happened before. She wears a bonnet at night. Yes you offered me to come get her hair a “touch up” at an extra cost of $50 when her braids started falling apart 4 days after getting her hair done? That happened right before thanksgiving so I contacted you again Monday to let you know that more braids have fallen out! How does that make sense for me to pay you again to redo the same job? You say that I was demanding? 😂 I have screenshots too ma’am and no one is taking advantage of you here! I paid for the job that you did and gave you a $25 tip because I was very happy with your work once you finished doing her hair until the braids started slipping off but Whatever right! I shouldn’t have mentioned it and just pay you to do the same job again! Yes I contacted you on the 4th day after my daughter getting her hair done and then after thanksgiving which only a week had passed and you insisted that I needed to make another appointment and pay again because “too much time had passed” 😄 yeah I wish I could add all the screenshots of the conversation on here too for people to see how demanding I was 😄 by the way you never mentioned redoing her whole head, you kept say “touch up”and I called you see if we could talk about it but you refused to answer 🤷🏻‍♀️ yeah I should be worried about your character now. I'm going to be 100% with you because not only are you coming for my work, you're jeopardizing my character!I am a women of God first and foremost! Met you 1 time! like you have mentioned I was willing to fix a twist for free because at that time you was only concerned about one. I told you that I would have to fix it on my off day. You didn’t respond until 5 days later. From the sounds of your text messages you was demanding me and YES DEMANDING ME because you repeatedly replied saying I need to fix your child hair and when am I available to do it multiple times after I told you it will be $50 for a touchup. Touch up means fix NOT redo the whole head🤦🏽‍♀️I do have off days and business hours! I told you, how you take care of your hair at home is important and I have never had this problem ever before. Never unprofessional! $50 for a touchup is extremely kind because honestly I don’t know any hairstylist that is willing to charge very little for something that takes hours to do and use more of their products. You were texting me late hours of the night and calling me on my off days and I was still responding to you very nice and professional! Now you’re mad because I’m not letting you take advantage of me anymore and waste any more of my time " THIS PART" read it again smh. God bless !
