Had the opportunity to book in advance and arrived early. I flew into JFK on the red eye and had not slept - but was looking forward to the Exclusive ...Full Service. Boris treated me well and was so consistent I think I fell asleep in the chair! Haircut was done with concentration and attention. It was not an assembly line process. Shave was thorough and close. Wonderful results and a delightful process. Didn’t walk out covered in hair or loose hair falling out. Boris made sure of that. Could not recommend more. Book in advance and treat yourself right!
