Dear Client Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we truly value all feedback, even when it comes with a bit of constructive confusion. 😊 We’d like to gently clarify a few points, just to make sure the record (and the muscles) are straightened out properly. First, regarding your preference for a female therapist: Our online booking system is quite transparent, and for the particular service you chose (scalp massage), it clearly shows only male therapists available — not by design, but simply because currently, only our male therapists are trained in this technique. So while we very much respect all preferences, it seems this was a matter of what was *available* rather than what was *overlooked*. Second, the massage style mix-up — we hear you. It seems our therapist may have misunderstood “Swedish” for “Deep Tissue” — possibly a case of strong hands and stronger accents colliding. 😅 That said, we hope you noticed you were only charged for a Swedish massage (not the more intensive deep tissue), which means you technically received a complimentary upgrade — muscle confusion, perhaps, but not price inflation. We are truly sorry that communication didn’t flow as smoothly as our essential oils. We’ll take your feedback to heart and continue working on improving both service and understanding — verbal and otherwise.
