I went here on Monday and was charged $100 for a style that wasn’t even half of my head braided. There is no world where that amount of work is worth ...$100, especially given the lack of care and effort that went into it. The woman doing my hair didn’t even try to detangle it — she was snatching and ripping through my hair, causing breakage and pain instead of taking the time to do it right. And to be clear, my hair wasn’t even knotty — it’s just naturally curly, so it only needed to be separated gently. She just didn’t care. At the very least, for $100 she could have watered my hair and diffused it to actually finish the style, but she didn’t. She literally just braided it and called it done. To make matters worse, the entire place was a mess. There were multiple clients complaining while I was there — one woman said they stopped working on her daughter’s head mid-style to start on someone else. They seem to make up random prices on the spot and show no consistency or respect for appointments. It’s clear they prey on younger clients and anyone they think won’t speak up. The lighter-skinned woman who did my hair clearly saw me as someone she could overcharge and rush through for her own gain. Between the ridiculous pricing, the lack of skill, and the total absence of professionalism, this was a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere that values your hair and respects their clients. Show more

I have been going to Kady's for years and have never walked out disappointed with my hair. Whenever I want to try something different or a style that ...is out of my norm, I just show them a picture and I get exactly what I ask for. I want to give a special shout out to Bibi because she did an AMAZING job on my hair. Looking forward to my next appointment. Show more

I was there for 7 1/2 hours for medium box braids because the woman started doing my daughter‘s hair and in the middle left to go do someone else’s ha...ir and then left again to start somebody else’s hair and then they switched and someone else was braiding her hair Just for the original braided to come back to finish her hair. That was horrible service. I would never recommend that place.  awesome they start at a base rate and then charge you what they feel they wanna charge.  Show more

I had an appointment for small/medium knotless box braids at 8:30 and I was in my car by noon! When I tell you the service was great, I am not exagge...rating. I love my braids and will definitely be going back! Highly recommended!! Show more
