This is my second time coming to this place for the same treatment, whoever that girl was that I got for the first time, I prefer her over this other ...girl I got today. Forced me to give her a tip when she missed the back of my scalp she mainly focused on the top and side of my scalp and I don’t think I’m ever coming back here again. She didn’t even know that I had an appointment with them today either! I really wanted to come back for the scalp treatment but after this and how I was forced to give out a tip, I’m not coming back. DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO HERE. They did the wrong service on me and left perm in my hair for 2 hrs. I am left with a fraction of the ha...ir i started with-- it is falling out/snapping off in chunks. When I asked for a refund, customer service blamed me and said I am just mad that they charged me $40 more than what I booked it for. I HAVE ALMOST NO HAIR LEFT. SEE YELP REVIEW FOR TEXT HISTORY AND MORE PHOTOS. THEY RUINED MY HAIR AND MY CONFIDENCE AND MADE ME PAY $195 FOR IT. DIRTY SALON. Show more

I booked my appoint. the day before and I received an email confirming my appoint. 11am with Leon but when I got to the business, it was closed, doors... locked and darkness inside. I tried to call the business 3 times, but no one picked up. I was very disappointed because I came all the way from San Francisco.
