This is the first time I’ve had my nails done in quite some time, and Umi is my new salon. Booking my appointment was easy, and I was able to get an a...ppointment earlier than I hoped for. My nails were done expertly and beautifully by Mack, so I’ve made another appointment for a pedicure at Umi. The salon is bright, relaxing, and immaculate.. It’s very convenient to get to. I’ll be returning for regular appointments in the future. I would highly recommend Umi for their excellent services. Show more

Had 5:30pm appt for pedicure, they didn’t start until 6:30pm. Seemed like booking appt holds no value because it’s seemed like it was first come first... serve. How do they know I actually had a 5:30pm appt, nobody asked my name or anything. Just wasn’t a good experience. Show more

Despite having an appointment I had to remind them it was two services in one. My pedicure was amazing, but my manicure felt rushed. I wanted the mani...cure to help me keep from picking my hands and biting my nails (terrible habit). Instead I felt a little judged. Will give them another chance because everyone has bad days, and I’m hoping for a better experience next time. Show more
