I originally went in for a long hair bob. Except, I went back to get layers and Susy was too distracted talking to someone else sitting on the other ...side of me. She was cutting too much in the back of my hair. She butchered the back of my hair, when I was very specific about what I wanted done. I asked her to focus on my crown giving me texture for volume. I had full set of hair and she ruined it. I thought she understood exactly what I was requesting for my haircut. She obviously didn’t pay attention she kept telling me yes,yes but still kept cutting it. Like I said she is very detail oriented the 1st time I went to her and she had no distractions. I was very happy that I found a good salon that I can trust. But now, I can’t guarantee I will be coming back for my haircuts. Thank you for your understanding. Show more
