I came to get my braids done on 10/12, by 10/16 my natural hair was coming through the braids. By 10/22 a braid had fallen off at work while i was jus...t sitting in my chair. And by 10/23 another had come out. I also requested that my baby hairs be left out and very little was left out and the rest was braided up, causing tension. I drove 45min-1hour to get my hair done, and her only solution was for me to drive back 45 min there again to “fix” the problem but that would have been half of my head, rather than just refunding me part of my money for the inconvenience of this experience. Aside from all of this, the braids looked great when they were initially done. Show more

Hi Kianna, thank you for your review. I’d like to clarify that some parts of your hair, especially in the back, were short, which can cause braids to loosen or come out sooner. I also showed you how much hair I left out for your baby hairs, and you confirmed that you were fine with it before we started. I offered for you to come back so I could fix the issue at no extra cost, but you chose not to. I always stand by my work and do my best to ensure every client leaves satisfied.
