Hello Aziza Kedir, I wanted to follow up regarding your recent appointment request. I didn’t receive a confirmation from you, and you mentioned that you would get back to me about the available days. As a reminder, I don’t accept same-day appointments — all bookings must be made at least one day in advance with a deposit. You scheduled your appointment on October 12 at 9:33 AM for 10:15 AM the same day, which unfortunately didn’t allow enough time for me to accept the service. That’s why your appointment wasn’t taken. I apologize for any confusion and appreciate your understanding.
