length and color is good but the filing is terrible. I got GelX so shaping shouldn't be a huge task. My nails are not the same length and shape, they ...look like a high school kid did them. They almost look like press ons. They also have glue all over the edges and under them. Show more

The tech was very nice, but my appointment was almost 2 hours long for a dip manicure. On top of that, she didn't do enough coats of dip in turn makin...g my nails way too thin causing 2 of them to already break after only 4 days. It seems they may specialize in other manicure styles and not dip. Show more

Unfortunately I will not be returning here. Worst pedicure I have ever received. I paid extra for the spa pedicure and barely received the massage tha...t was promised. It was almost like they were just gently touching my feet and legs. Nail polish all over my toes and nails are uneven. When I had my manicure done, the tech went so hard and fast on my nails with the drill file that they kept burning me and I had to keep pulling my hand away. Color and nails are uneven and everyone else getting their nails done received a neck and shoulder massage and my guy just went in the back while my nails were drying. Place is very clean and organized which is the only reason for the 2 stars Show more
