I recently went to my first Japanese Head Spa at Exhale Day Spa, and it has now become my absolute favorite way to practice self-care. Becca began by... walking me through the process and showing me images of my scalp to create a personalized treatment plan. From there, I was welcomed into a beautifully designed spa room, created with relaxation in mind. The experience included oil treatments, scalp detox, and massage not just for my scalp and hair, but also for my face, arms, neck, and shoulders. I could literally feel the tension releasing all the way down my spine, hands, and legs. It felt like taking a deep, restorative breath for the first time in months. Beyond the physical treatment, what truly set this experience apart was Becca herself. Her compassion and care were evident in every detail. As a pregnant woman and soon-to-be mom, I felt so safe, supported, and seen in her space. She reminded me that her door is always open for women to come and find peace—appointment or not—which spoke volumes about her heart and mission. The entire experience felt less like a business transaction and more like being welcomed into her home, her presence like a warm hug. I left feeling both deeply relaxed and stronger than when I arrived. The impact of this service on my body and spirit was profound, and I cannot recommend Becca and Exhale Day Spa highly enough.
