I'm very sad and dissatisfied with the work that Ms. Alexandra did on my hair. I think before treating dehydrated hair, she should first make sure it ...will resist the procedure. It's not a big deal; just test a small strand, that's all. My hair was completely burned; it breaks every time I touch it, and that's very sad and disappointing. Update: since I can’t respond, never once did I show any emotion of being happy or of being pleased with the treatment you gave my hair. Never once did you also consult with me about the possible damages that the treatment you gave me would damage my hair. I don’t know what the reasoning behind this dishonesty is and if you’re just trying to save your reputation.. I’m even more disappointed with the fact that there is no accountability taken place here of your unprofessionalism. The tip was common courtesy, I would not leave a bad review if I was pleased with the treatment you gave to my hair. I didn’t even notice the damage you had caused on my hair until after the fat. You, being a professional, should’ve and could have communicated better and even know that the treatment you gave me was not worth the money. Honestly very taken aback with your response. Show more
