prior to my appointment, i clearly discussed wanting a strong curl and showed reference photos. we spoke at length before starting, during which she a...sked if i’d had lash lifts before and i told her i’d had several. despite this, the lift came out much looser than requested. when i raised my concern afterward, she acknowledged a different rod should have been used and mentioned she thought it was my first lift, which was confusing given our prior conversation. we discussed a partial revisit to correct the curl, and she told me it would need to be at least 10 days. i followed up beginning the next day and multiple times after to schedule the correction, but my messages were read and not responded to. disappointing experience, especially given the cost and lack of communication.

Hi Jolie, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry that the result did not fully meet your expectations and for the lack of communication afterward. The day after your appointment, I experienced a significant health episode related to anxiety/panic, which required medical attention. Due to this situation, I was under medical care and also had to cancel all of my scheduled appointments for the following days, which unfortunately affected my ability to respond as promptly as usual. During your visit, we discussed your desired curl and I worked based on the information available at the time. Afterward, I did acknowledge that a different rod could have been used to achieve a stronger curl, which is why a partial revisit was discussed once it was safe to do so. I truly care about my clients and the quality of my work, and this situation has also been emotionally difficult for me. I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to make this right by redoing the service to better meet your expectations at no cost. Thank you again for your feedback and understanding.
