Loc Re-twist WORST EXPERIENCE I booked a retwist and asked to have my hair styled in barrel twists. My appointment was at 6 and she didn’t start on my... head till 7. Extremely disappointed in the customer service / professionalism from Amandine - Not only did she NOT properly washing her client’s hair, she also p...urposely burned her clientele on the side of her head after being confronted about the hair service she was providing. The client still had dandruff in her hair after Amandine “washed it twice” and now has a permanent burn mark on the side of her head from Amandine when she styled her hair. That is unacceptable. Plus is very finicky with her hair prices. Yesterday’s price is not today’s price with this business. This incident has been reported to The Texas Advisory Board on Barbering and Cosmetology. Amandine did nothing to rectify the situation, she has continued to argue that she was right and kicked the client out of shop. Do not support businesses like this!!!!! Show more
I genuinely liked Amandine and planned to be a repeat customer so this is written with great disappointment. After gaslighting me into thinking she wa...shed my hair correctly (dandruff all over me throughout the first blow dry) I asked her if she would redo my silk press. She then used scalding water to rewash my hair and we spent even less time at the bowl, my hair was still dirty after the second try. Then she PURPOSELY burned me with a hot comb and claimed I moved when I know I didn’t. She is also inconsistent with pricing for repeated services and will wear you down into paying the price she wants. She also will argue with you even after being proven wrong. She also lied about her process and tried to blackmail me with old and baseless information after I told her I’d be reporting her for burning me, because she refused to refund my money. DO NOT GO HERE. Show more
