I had a mixed experience at this salon. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the woman who did my son’s hair was efficient and worked quickly, which... I appreciated. However, I found the waiting area to be quite cramped, making it uncomfortable for families or parents waiting for their kids. I ended up sitting in my car instead. When it came to booking an appointment for myself, I encountered some issues. The stylist who runs this shop advised me to text her a photo of the hairstyle I wanted, which I did promptly. Unfortunately, I never received a response. After a week, I sent a follow-up message, but again, there was no reply. Even if the stylist wasn’t available or couldn’t replicate the style, a simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way in terms of customer service. Ultimately, I decided to go with Doll House Salon in Lakewood instead, which is only five minutes away. They offer easy online booking, and the staff has been extremely responsive and professional. Go to Facebook and you will see it’s much cleaner and better customer service. Hair is included. I was able to choose my braider based on their reviews, which made the process much smoother. While this salon has potential with its friendly staff, improving communication would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. Show more

Sorry about ur experience we actually are trying to figure out a waiting area as the space isn't big enough for a waiting room so am still in the process of figuring that out about the scheduling issue am not sure what the mix up.was but we check messages regularly it may have been a genuine error I do apologize for that as well .Thank you for trying us out we appreciate have a good week
