Booksys no show policy is give to you apon booking an appointment and the system gives you multiple times to look over appointment information before booking your appointment to give you the opportunity to adjust it. You reached out to us after the appointment grace period to let us know that you weren't able to come to rocky mount to receive your service even though thats the date and time you selected but there was nothing we could do because it was after your missed appointment. Booksy was the only people that could fix your issue if it was handled the same day as your appointment. You reached out to them 4days after the issue.
